Implement matcher
Will an implement run behind a tractor? Take the implement’s required PTO power, hydraulic flow and lift from its manual, then read down to the band that meets it. Every figure here was measured by a laboratory on the test named, all three columns come from that one test, and PTO power is the maximum-power run. Brochure claims are a different quantity and are not in these columns.
How do I use it?
- Find the implement’s required PTO power (kW or hp) and jump to that band or a higher one.
- Check pump delivery against the flow the implement’s hydraulics need.
- Check lift force against the implement’s weight. The reports state the force, not where on the hitch it was measured, so leave a margin.
